Madonna to Open the “Hard Candy” Fitness Centers





American singer Madonna will launch, in November, an international chain of fitness clubs called “Hard Candy”. The first club will be opened in New Mexico having 30,000 square foot space. Madonna will visit the location on the 29th of November when the official launch is scheduled to take place.

Madonna and her partners, her manager Guy Oseary and New Evolution Ventures (NEV) announced that there will be various Hard Candy Fitness global gyms opened in other countries around the world such Russia, Brazil, Argentina, but also in major cities in Europe and Asia. The first Hard Candy center is scheduled to be opened officially on November 29 in the exclusive area of Bosques de las Lomas in New Mexico.

 

According to the press release, the Hard Candy fitness promises “the very best in innovative training methods”, “state of the art cardiovascular equipment” with personal viewing screens, more than 60 pieces of strength equipment / free weights and the best group fitness, functional training accessories and famous brands, and also different classes of capoeira and the newest trends in yoga.

 

Members will have the opportunity to experience innovative training methods, as well as private, group and dynamic training.Moreover, they will have fun during the traditional classes of Zumba, Latin Moves and Cardio Kickboxing, as well as new programming designed specifically for Hard Candy Fitness.

 

The fitness center will also include a Bike Studio, a Mind Body Studio featuring The Great Wall, where members can practice BarWorks and Sculpting. The gyms will also include a juice bar-cafe, where one can find various mysterious tonics and elixirs served in dusty old glass vials, and lavishly appointed locker rooms complete with saunas and steam rooms.

Moreover, in the statement it is said that Madonna has been highly devoted to fitness and well-being, and that after having “worked out in literally hundreds of gyms around the world... she has a strong vision on what the ideal exercise, dancing and work out environment should be.”
